I have cared for my grandmother for a long time now and always worry about her safety and wonder if she is in the right hands and i always look at it as what if it was my grandmother or a family member being taken care of i would want someone that is kind, heartwarming, takes there time when the person they are caring for because at the end of the day thats what i would expect for my loved ones. Also when I start something and get involved I am very dedicated I worl hard to achieve and do my best and listen to what families ask of me to do Im trustworthy and honest, that is how I was raised to be and to be respectful to othets and help others.

I've been a home healthcare aide for the last four years straight up to my clients recent passing. N I've worked the field in the past off n on. I love the outdoors, talking to people and listening to their stories of when they was younger, it's really interesting! I love taking care of people and helping people! When I help care for someone it makes me feel great about myself! I've done something good for someone! I first learned about home healthcare through my mother who also was a home health aide and she introduced me into the field and I loved it so much I continued on with the work! What I enjoy most being a caregiver is to spend time with my clients and getting to know them and getting to help them to do things they love to do or to be able to help them cope with anything that's bothering them. I love to keep my clients happy. The achievement I'm proud of is that once I take on a client I see them all the way through til I'm no longer needed. My last client I worked with I was with for four years until her recent passing. I do get attached even though they say your not supposed to but how can't anyone get attached to someone they cared for that long!! I care for my clients as they was my own family!! And that makes me proud of the job I do!!
