I like giving the client and option on how to run things in the time frame we have to some extent to meet your goals/things that need done. They don't like strangers telling them what to do so it gives them a bit of independence..while still being in control of the situation.

Hello my name is Destiny Hill I have been in the health care now for 5 years. I am twenty two years old I am a student at Mansfield university where I currently am attending online due to the pandemic. I am eager to not only provide care but love. I absolutely love what I do it's a passion of mine to help others. What started off as a normal job truly has turned into a complete passion of mine and I have been in the field every since. I became a care giver because I wanted to be closer to achieving my goal of being an LPN. My little brother has epilepsy and I like being aware of his physical state and helping him. I enjoy helping others and especially others that can't help themselves. I love seeing the appreciation of and smile on their faces from the jobs I've done. It is an extremely rewarding job.
