Growing up as a kid I saw a lot of death and sickness in my family. My grandmother took care of everyone in the family. So seeing her be strong and holding the family together during tough times made me compassionate on helping others. After working inpatient transportation within a hospital for years, I saw there was a greater need for me at the bedside.
