I am 32 years old. I chose to be a CNA because I like to be there for people. When you are having a hard day it's nice to have someone there to talk to. I think this it a rewarding career because you get to become family to someone who might not have that. I have been in this field for 8 years now because I like what I do.
I am a great caregiver because I treat them like they are my family and how I would want someone to treat my family. I became a caregiver because I wanted to help with the everyday needs that they need assistance with. I have worked in nursing homes and in homes for 15+ years and I am proud of my accomplishment of finishing nursing school to help out even more. I love what I do and wouldn't change it for nothing in the world.
I've been a CNA for three years and plan to become a nurse. I have always enjoyed working with the elderly but prefer working one on one with individual families rather than in hospitals or nursing homes. I am very experienced, trustworthy, and caring. Your loved one will be in great hands with me!

I've experienced caregiving from my grandmother at a very young age. Watching her care for her patients and seeing how having someone help them with needs they are unable to do on their own; giving them the comfort and companionship had put such a positive impact in their lives. It's made me want to give that joy and comfort to those in need and to give them that reassurance that help is never too far from them
