I have known since I was a child that becoming a caregiver was important to me, as I got older I knew it was a part of me! To be able to help just one person maintain quality of living or exceed they're expectations of they're quality of life is both what Ive strived for and put my heart into from the beginning of my career . My mother and father both were CNA's and worked in nursing facilities until they retired, 3 of my aunts and 2 of my uncles also were caregivers, Caregiving has always been my passion. I have been in the healthcare system for 20+ years working as a CNA & Personal home health Aid. I started as a CNA working in nursing/facility)when I was 16 years old. Then I started working in their homes one on one, I'm very passionate about being a caregiver it is an important part of who I am as an individual! I feel every person has their own individual needs, I have enjoyed working with each and in their own homes to meet their own personal needs. I've enjoyed this so well that I've not went back to working in a facility based environment since, being a caregiver is a part of me and who I am.

I'm loving,kind, and very patient, it is something I inherited from my mother before her death she was in the medical field caregiving, cna, and becoming a nurse, I knew then I'd like to care for others.personal achievement is going home at the end of the day reflecting on what a difference I have made in someone life today, it may be just just sitting down talking and listening to a resident, doing something they enjoy and over all knowing they are safe and well taking good care of.

I understand all to well about being sick and unable to do things even simple things like brushing my hair!

Hello, my name is Toni Senecal. I am a mother of 5, 2 boys and 3 girls. I am from Cincinnati Ohio currently living in Dunlap Tennessee. I graduated from Oak Hills high school in 2013. I studied at the Academy Of Allied Health for the medical assistant program in 2022 I am married to the love of my life this year makes 10 years My hobbies are going to the beach, getting out on the boat, playing football and softball with my babies and husband. We spend most of our nights under the football lights or softball lights. I love working with elderly people I've always had a passion Healthcare field, my plans, are when my youngest turns 10 to go back into nursing school.

I am 20 years old attending college to become a nurse, I enjoy talking and doing activities with my patient , my biggest achievement was be able to take care of 6/7 people in one day even though it was not easy.

I like to help people.Anything that l can do to make a person happy and comfortable is a blessing for my life. I like assisiting ,carring for people with physical disability.I feel good about myself whenever l have the opportunity to use my skills to help or care for others in need. Just a single mom of two raising them on my own and trying to make ends mert! I like helping people, it makes you feel good, useful, like you're doing good work. I wanted to teach preschool, thats what I was taking classes for in school, but life had other plans, and so I started an in-home childcare business instead and I did that for over 20 years. Ive been a delivery driver for the last few years and last year I started working for Papa Pals as an in-home care companion. Ive always loved elderly people, and a few of my regulars from up north(in IL/WI- where I moved from) became kinda surrogate grannys for me, since I lost mine in 2012 & havent been the same since.
