I set out years ago to become a business professional, but along the way, I found my true calling in healthcare. What I do is not just a job to me--it is a passion rooted in caring for others. My journey began at the age of 12, when I helped care for my grandmother after she broke both of her legs. From that moment on, I discovered a deep love for helping others, especially the elderly. I have always had a special place in my heart for older generations, and being able to care for them as a career is truly a blessing. I cherish the stories they share and the opportunity to learn who they are as individuals. To me, caregiving feels like being gifted with many extended families--and that is something I will never take for granted.

I am a very friendly person. I always respect my elders. I have contributed to alot of volunteer work at the nursing homes in the past. I was a member of monroe county girlscout troops, Kiwanis club, Betta Club and 4H.

I am a retired Recreation Therapist with my Master degree and 37 years of paid experience working with seniors. I have much training working with Alzheimer’s dementia. I live locally, am very kind and patient, am reliable, honest, dependable and am hard working. I can provide many activities to increase their quality of life; I also have 4 years of experience working in their home, as I am also a Certified Home Health Aide; I assist them with ADL skills, assisting them getting out of bed, getting washed, getting dressed, toiletting, eating, doing light house work, cooking, driving to appts and dispense medications. Hi Everyone , my name is Tiffany and I've been serving in the caregiving field for over two decades in various settings and roles with seniors , children, disabled adults , and domestic violence survivors . I have always been drawn to roles / opportunities that involve helping and assisting others to live their lives to the fullest while also enabling them function day to day . I love to learn from, listen, and encourage my clients and believe a good attitude and positive energy help achieve these goals . It's also important to meet a client where they are at as this changes as we age and adapt in life . I'm patient , observant , and conscientious. My proudest accomplishments are my two grown children and seeing how they contribute to society by how they give back and live their lives .

I worked with the Visiting Angels Caregiver & Home health group out of Knoxville, Tn for about 2 years as a caregiver. I also helped to care for my mother, father, a sister, a brother, an aunt, an uncle, my husband, and my son. I am retired, but I still enjoy working part time as a caregiver. I can help care for your loved ones, when you need to be engaged elsewhere. Or when you just need an occasional break.... And we all need that occasional break sometimes.

I am a loving and caring person, who likes to help others. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is helping people. Buying my own car at 18 by myself.

In 1999 my father in law had a stroke and it just got worse . I promised him I wouldn't let him go in a nursing home that I would take care of him . so from 1999-2017 I took care of him till he passed. I done everything for him at the end I had to change his dipiers and had to get him through a feeding tube in his stomach. I was with him 24 I lived with him . after he passed a few other people came to me and asked me to care for their loved ones it got around how good I was with my father in law. I took care a lady who had a few heart attacks and couldn't get around good . I cleaned for her made sure she took her medicine daily and checked her good sugar daily. I took her grocery shopping and what ever she needed. I privite sat with all my paients I've never been to school for any of my work .but I love my work I love all my patients they come first no matter what and I promise if you hire me to take care of your loved one you will not be disappointed
