I'm reliable, including arriving for work on time and fulfilling all duties on time. I respect students, and patients privacy and dignity. I work with a positive demeanor and kind tone of voice. I'm very patient and considerate when working with a student or patient. I'm known to be very trustworthy with students, and patient care. I enjoy working with people, and animals. I like having a one-on-one interaction with adults. I've always enjoyed taking care of my elder family members, and co workers. Being a good caregiver has to do a lot with your bond/relationship with your patient. My grandpa is one of the many reasons that attracts me to being a good caregiver because I always did my absolute best to give him everything that he ever needed(help wise). I enjoy the bond that you get to have with patient. Ive done plenty of good things but when I started taking care of my grandpa I felt like it was something I could do for the rest of my life but for the same reason because of the relationship and bond that I had with him.

I love helping people and been someone that families can trust to care for there loved ones.. I got to been a caregiver when my grandfather became ill and our family had work and life situations in general that couldn't give him the help he needed. I decided to step up at a young and help out by been there for my grandfather when I could. To see the look on his face knowing he had not only his granddaughter but a friend a companion too be there and talk to and laugh and assist him for even the smallest things made him happy and made me feel so proud. I am proud to say I can make a huge change in people's lives. Everything counts.

Personally growing up, I took care of my grandfather and my mother, taking them to doctors appointments and following up on surgeries and treatments.
