I am compassionate, and feel that everyone has to be treated with respect and dignity. I became a care giver knowing that it would take a special person to be able to help others in order to make their lives a little easier, and I see that in myself. My biggest achievement in life is that I was there for my mother who had multi stroke and no longer was able to take care of herself. I was there to help her change, bath, feed, and walk her for three years until the end, and I would do it all over again, if given a chance.
