I have always had a sweet spot for being a caregiver, people have always told me that I am easy to talk to and have a big heart. I have over 7 years of experience taking care of my an elderly lady who unfortunately suffered from a stroke at the age of 88 leaving the left side of her body paralyzed. I would wake her up in the morning, take her to the bathroom, do her hair & makeup, make her breakfast and was also there as her companion. I'd paint her nails, do crossword puzzles with her, take her for walks (in her wheelchair) & sing! I am now married with 3 boys so I'm looking for something part time, maybe working 3 days a week. It takes a certain type of person who has the patience and love to be a care taker, I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoy doing this and you would not be disappointed with me!
