I was first a caregiver to my great grandmother in 2015, who then was 94 at the time and who suffered from Alzheimer's and dementia. She could barely stand on her own and needed almost every form of assistance as far as mobility. Back then, I lived with her and got to experience life beside her and it made me a little more understanding of the quality of life and it gave me a passion to strive to improve that for others. I'm a very proud employee of Morrison Residential Services and there I have learned what it means to be prompt and expect the unexpected. I have been given opportunities to work both one on one with clients as well as monitor a group of clients.
