I originally became a caregiver a few years ago, because my best friend told me how much she loves paying it forward to certain individuals with special needs. She also went on to explain how much it is rewarding, I then took it upon myself to become a care provider and ever since I have been successful throughout my endeavor. I am currently working as a case manager for individuals with disabilities who are basically given the opportunity to work in the community. There is absolutely nothing more rewarding than working really hard with this population, in hopes of getting them hired on as official employees for the establishment they are working for, in the work program I am currently employed with as a Case Manager.
