Nightshift aide for Telemetry patients at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. Applying tele box and gown upon arrival to the unit and immediately taking baseline vitals. Answering call lights for all types of queries including: dietary needs, toileting, linen changing, showering/bed baths, and various requests of the unit. Q2 turns, Accucheck, and Q4 vitals all performed every 12 hour shift. In charge of reporting vitals, ADLs, and any change of condition both electronically and to every nurse for each patient. Laundry collection and trash disposal for end of each shift. Typically oversaw 7-20 patients each shift cycle.
