What helps me become a great caregiver was a coming into this job field with a different mindset, I wasn't just in it for the money or to pass up time, I got into it to learn more and to help others. My mom was a caregiver so that attracted me to become a caregiver, I was very touched when her member was very attached and loving towards her made me look at the job in a different aspect. I is buoy coming to work and knowing I'm making somebody else happy and doing everything I could to make them feel comfortable. My personal achievement that I'm proud of is leaving an positive imprint where I worked, I love when I'm gone I can come back and my members still remember who I am and embrace me with love.
