My father moved back to Az in 2019 because he needed some assistance. He has prostate cancer and lymph nodes cancer. He's had radiation with both. He's a little depressed and my job is to turn his mind around and see a smile on his face. I've helped him by cleaning his home, cooking, doctors appts, grocery shopping, dealing with his financial needs and just being there to relax his mind. Him knowing, he's not by himself!

I helped my little grammy (my mom's mom) for 3 years. She was living by herself (grandpa passed away) and needed assistance with getting out of bed, bathroom, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping , cooking & doctors appts. Grammy was so healthy but, missing grandpa. She so much appreciated having me (granddaughter) helping her out. Grammy deserved everything!! I learned alot from her. She was the sweetest grandmother ever!

I was taking care of my other grandmother (dads mom) for only 7mos. She moved in with me. I would take her shopping, helped her with laundry, cooking, a walk & cleaned her room when needed. After a couple of months grammy started lacking on walking so, at that time she went from walking needing a wheel chair. Her body was just giving up. She wasn't sick at all! Just really tired!! After a couple of months helping her with wheel chair her body didn't want to get out of bed. So, I was changing her sheets while she was still in bed, feeding her, changing clothes, diapers, lots of naps and slowing down. My dad & his mother (grammy) didn't want her to go to hospice. Instead, she wanted to stay at the house and be at peace.
