I am presently taking an RN Refresher course so shorter shifts a couple days a week work best for me. I have 16+ years in the capacity of a nursing assistant. I have worked extensively in nursing homes, assisted living , home health care and hospital settings. I also have 15 years experience as an RN in acute care and long term hospitalion settings. A good chunk of that time was with veterans. I am 56 years old-a mature Christian woman who does not get easily frazzled or upset . I have a lot of patience and love and compassion to give..There is no doubt in my mind that this is a God-given gift to help mankind in anyway that I can as a caregiver for the rest of my life.
