First I toke CNA back in 1995 in Bakersfield,Ca.toke my whole class training at Beverly Manor Convalescent and stayed for six months prior to working at Hospital at San Joaquin Community Hospital from August 1996 to 1998.,then we moved to Phoenix,Az.then in 1999 Mayo Clinic Hospital giving me an oppurnity to worked for almost 8 years as a CNA Med.Surgical floor.I did vital signs,assist patients with ADL's.,Ambulation,feeding,bathing,bed making.I and O,Charting,transfer patient,Assist nursing staff with delegated task of direct and indirect patient care.I like being a care giver because i felt am able express my worth as human being to able help somebody and felt like am contributing something to people that needs my help.my personal achievement that i am of i was travel to travel for missionary works like Medical missions,dental mission,one of trip we gave away school bags packed with school supplies,right now we feeding program for feeding program,all these is the Philippines.I was born in Philippines,Migrated to USA in 1987 petetion by my wife because she is an RN.we had 2 childrens now 27 years and 22 years with two grand childrens,loved to play tennis.i will 55 years this December not ready to retire yet.
