Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities. Assist with treatments as delegated per individualized care plan. Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns. Document services performed . Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite. Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration. Perform additional tasks as needed.

Made sure residents' insurances along with all medical diet in accordance with menu plans, and completed all monthly client paperwork for the Agency of the Persons with Disabilities and Medicaid. Completed all data entry daily for Task Analysis. Assisted with client intakes, maintained all client records, monitored all inventory of all clients daily medications administered medications as trained. Ensured all shifts were covered, trained new employees on programs, procedures/protocols. Ensured residents attended all appointments with adequate transportation, coordinate with Support. Maintained and shopped for all residents with company credit cards, kept complete balance of personal cash and completed/filed all documents monthly. Answered calls, set up appointments, filed invoices, ordered supplies, and recorded accounts payable and receivable. Filed all monthly residents billing in central records. Restructured and maintained the group home setting Completed clients ADL, entertained, led and mentored on a daily basis.
