I am 19 years old and currently attending nursing school. I have always had a drive to help those in need. The main attraction I have towards caregiving is how rewarding the job itself is, when your patience or who ever you are helping goes from having a bad day and you are able to make them smile that to me hands down is the biggest reward any human can have. I enjoy the mile stones that are sometimes achieved through caregiving such as a stroke patient, learning how to walk again and getting the opportunity to witness along with being a part of that moment is just pure joy because your helping someone achieve their independence back. My greatest achievement would have to be being the first one in my family to graduate high and attend and complete college.
