I started helping my Grandmother many years back when she was at the end of her life. It felt natural getting involved. I was raised in a home of an RN as my Mother and my Dad was a Psychologist. I later on worked as a Medical Assistant in the field of OB/Gyn. I have many years experience working with Alzheimer & Dementia patients as well. I am a Certified Caregiver, or CCG, with the state of AZ, I have a fingerprint clearance card, a negative TB test & my CPR/First Aid card. I love helping people in general and I especially love visiting with seniors! The lives they have lived, the stories they have to share are most interesting to me & I enjoy making them feel cared about & special. I believe my personal life experiences have made me who I am. I am friendly & caring towards others & I am ready to pitch in & handle what is needed. I am happy to help with ADL's, or activities of daily living, such as toileting, bathing, dressing, etc. I can help with meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, such as: laundry, bed changes, dishes, dusting. I also have current car insurance & am willing to run errands or drive to doctor appointments, out to lunch, movies or whatever my client will want to do! Our time is flexible together and I can be a companion/friend as well as someone you can trust & rely on. I look forward to meeting you!
