I've been working in many aspects of healthcare since 1991. I Started out working with Young Adults with TBI and SCI injuries. I've run Alzheimer's Homes in the valley. From there I went into Hospital work as a CNA on Ortho, Med Surg, Tele, Oncology, Mental/Behavioral Health, Drug Addiction. Looking for more excitement I transferred into The Operating Room and worked as an Operating Room Assistant and later an Anesthesia Tech. Excitement got a little overwhelming so I learned to read Telemetry and was in charge of 60 plus people in the hospital on different floors. After 7 years there I left and started at Craig Hospital one of the Best rehab facilities in the country maybe the world. I was there for 13 years working with Major Brain injuries and Spinal cord injuries. In this time I became VERY proficient at working SCI & TBI. Bowel programs and Quad care. I'm a very good teacher and that was part of my job to educate family members so they could bring their loved ones home. I also have a VERY good understanding of TBI patients and spent Eight years working One On One with these individuals with Relearning EVERY aspect of their lives again. Educating family was a huge part of this job. I have tremendous experience and Impeccable references! In Twenty plus years in healthcare I've NEVER had a complaint against my license or inadvertently hurt ANY of my patients. Safety has always been my number ONE concern. I've received many awards for excellence in my years and go the extra mile to make sure my job was completed and my patients are comfortable and relaxed. After all we're here for them! I have a great personality and I'm VERY trust worthy. Im a man of my word. I work equally well with Men and Woman. My hearts in the right place. I'd love the opportunity to help you and your family member through difficult times. If you have any questions, Please feel free to inquire Thank You for stopping by! Have a Blessed day! Sincerely Robert Richardson

I do not have a set schedule and I am available seven days a week including holidays. Allow me to assist you in the care of your loved one.
I'm a very compassionate caregiver. I am very attentive to their needs. With the years of experience I have in this field, I sometimes can tell whether my patients are feeling ill. I can tell the way they look, even the way they walk or through the symptoms they manifests. I like taking their vitals immediately if they are not feeling well. Or, I ask questions that relates to urinary tract infection since it's a common occurrence with elderly, or questions that points out a mild stroke. I like engaging with them through a conversation, trivia or any games for mental stimulation. I also like listening to their stories if they wish to talk about it. I give my 100 % at work for my personal satisfaction. I wish to work night shifts for 8 hours starting at 8pm on Mondays through Thursdays.
I'm compansionate with my job as a Care Giver... I love to taking care of elderly and treat them as my family. For me caregiver is angels, I choose this profession not just to earned, it's the passion within to served, to share my Gods greatest gifts and to continue my mission to help others. I don't have to much skills but I believe that Attitude is better than Skills. I'm just a certified care giver and new to this Industry but I will make sure to do my duties and responsibilities based in the experience that I have.
I have been a caregiver my entire adult life. As a retired RN, I have been focusing on caring for the senior population. This began with caring for my own mother for 5 years. Elder care is very rewarding. I love getting to know each client and try to personalize the care they receive. This often includes talking to family members and getting input as to what brings joy to each clients life, as well getting the clients to tell me about their lives. In other words each person has different likes and dislikes, and different physical and emotional needs. It is extremely important to me to treat each and every client with respect and dignity, and to help them maintain as much independence as they are capable of.
Hello, my name is Jamie. I've been doing caregiving for 10+ years. And I enjoy every minute of it! I had a friend who needed a caregiver for her special needs boys. I accepted the job. And ever since then I loved being able to help people. And it's so rewarding knowing that I'm making a difference in someone's life! Also I do have a fingerprint clearance card
Hello, I am a very compassionate person, dependable, great listener, respectful with my clients and their values, very kind, punctual, hard worker, with a great attitude. I love and enjoy helping people, when and where they more need. Being a CNA, was the greatest decision, I have made in my life, because my dream came through; since I was little I liked to help people. I gave a lot to my clients and more than anything, a handful of help, understanding, passion, love and a great smile in my face, every time when I arrive to their homes, but not only I give them, but I also receive many things back in return. Another big smile, and thanks, for everything I do for them. There is not a better feedback that their appreciation for my hard work and commitment. I remember hearing this expression from my last client "Maxi you make my days. I am so happy when I see you in my door", The services I can provide to you and your loves one are: company and conversation, helping recovery from surgeries, fall prevention, medication reminder, light cooking and housekeeping, laundry, errands, driving to Dr. app., assisting in activities of daily living, shower or bath, walking, and many more as needed. I have many skills and more than five years of experience in this field and can provide certifications and great references. I also have fingerprint card and CPR certification. I am looking forward to hear from you soon. Thank you, Maximina

i am a knowledgeable, caring, gentle, focused, attentive and hardworking caregiver with a former medical background. I moved from a career as a Community Health Aid Program Village coordinator in Alaska (Physician Assistant) to serve as live-in caregiver for my newly widowed father in Mesa, Arizona where he had no immediate family. For over 10 years I was sole caregiver and household manager, seeing to his activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, toileting, cooking, housekeeping, urostomy management, renal dietary maintenance, organizing and dispensing daily pills, comfort, and companionship. I transported him to/from medical appointments including dialysis three times weekly, aided in medical decision making, and facilitated his understanding of the nature of his health. I was responsible for all aspects of transfer and mobility, as he was frail and a high fall risk. I was responsible for shopping and management of all home maintenance. I assisted and provided care for my father in the course of his physical therapy daily exercises, and in daily dressing changes during wound care. It was a great moment when we finally got his ulcer closed! At his end of life I researched and selected a hospice facility where he was able to pass with comfort and dignity. Through this experience I was able to discover and appreciate a side of patient care that I never had during my medical career and that I came to appreciate deeply.
I am a native of Arizona. I am married and we have 3 children. My oldest is in the Az National Guard and is attending college . My middle child is a senior and my youngest is a freshman. While my children were growing up I was certified through the state and did childcare in my home for 15 years. I worked at a school for special needs children after that and was a caregiver part time. I felt I found my calling as a caregiver and have been doing it ever since.
Love the elderly. Cause I was raised up by my grandparents and when my grandma passed it was very hard for me because she couldn't remember who I was some of the times. And I couldn't understand it. So I got into this line of work for her. Plus I'm a very trusting person and hardworking, don't cut corners.
I love being a caregiver because I love to help people and care for others. I am very happy and always in good spirts. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that I get to learn about new people and how they grew up. It's so interesting to hear stories from the people you care for. I have been a caregiver for over 3 years and have worked for a professional caregiving company where I got training. I'm trained for hoyer lift also.
