Care for and do all nursing duties for Hospice and medical needs senior WW2 vets, in their home, assist them with any and all needs, monitor refill and give meds each day, chart progress of each client, report any and all changes to their Hospice workers, care for the clients needs and health issues, report daily to the families, and serve as a lesion to the family when a DNR is in effect for the patients rights to be upheld at the time of death. Work with Hospice of the Valley. and travel as needed for each client. I also kept up their PT issues when needed after a fall, assessment for a fall risk, advise and assure each household was ada compliant for each clients needs with the age and issues. and cooked, cleaned assisted them to senior outings, the Veterans Day parade, and any other outings they may want to attend if it was ok with their MD.
