Hello! My name is Desiree and I am currently a junior at Arizona State University. Ever since I was little all I could think about was helping people and doing everything I could for them. Thus my love for the medical career came in. From working at my current job at a cancer research center I grew an immense love for the patients and knew all of their stories, their passions, and helped them through their hard times. It only made my love for the medical field grow as patient interaction is one of the most important aspects. Sure I can read a book and have all of the knowledge, but if I do not have compassion or understanding for the people im helping, the relationship and trust is lost. I work hard and achieve whatever I set my mind too. I am a great listener, because I am very shy at first until I warm up to people, but allow me the chance to break out of my shell and help your loved ones in need while you take care of your obligations. :)
