* Communicate with Director on the coordination of consumer services on a regular basis. * Communicate with Director regarding any program changes related to consumer, staff or program needs * Maintain regular communication with service providers, family members and guardians regarding consumer preferences and needs * Monitor and maintain quality, person centered services which address personal satisfaction for consumers on caseload by implementing CLS mission statement, philosophy and agency vision and values. * Supervise and support direct care staff supporting consumers on CLS caseload * Conduct second interviews with applicants for direct care positions and create individual base schedules * Act as Administrative Contact for programs and employees. * Work cooperatively with Supported Living Coordinators to conduct regular support staff team meetings at programs * Provide initial training and completion of yearly employee evaluations for all direct care staff * Work with the Human Resources Department, including the Training Coordinator and the Training and Communications Manager to assure completion of training and ongoing support of staff * Complete intake packet when applicable for new consumers. * Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
