I am a quiet person but with a perky attitude. I love to read and hear stories on history of any kind. I am a very organized and clean person. I have been a care giver since I was 18. I love helping people and providing warmth/kindness. I enjoy seeing the smiles on people faces when they share their life experience, seeing how loved they feel when they realize someone actually care and understand them enough to be patient. I am proud of my grow in this field. When I first started out in this line of work I was only working for a paycheck and not caring much for others, however learning over the years working with my residents and seeing the differences I have made in their lives and how I was apart of changing even the smallest thing in their life whether it is eating healthier, walking better, balance control, having a better relationship with their family and friends, being more independent, anything. In all aspects I am proud of the lessons I learned from my residents to be a better care giver and that is my greatest achievement.
