Hello, My name is Melanie. I am a Arizona state certified caregiver with 10+ years of experience. Looking for the right caregiver takes time. The fit need to be a good one for all parties involved. I have taken courses on Alzheimer's and dementia, Elder abuse, Hospice & palliative care, Infection control and Autism. I have been in hospital management and have had my own business.
