I'm a very reliable person with a lots of experience in taking care of others what helps me the most on being successful in the care giver position is my love and compassion for others. My personal achievement so far has been that I was able to take care of my father and my mother when they needed me.

I was apauled when I saw the way he was treated in the nursing home. If I can help a family keep there loved ones in there own homes I have done my job.Im a skilled professional , and have worked as a medication tech also worked as a supervisor with 15 employee s in my charge . I've been in this field for over 20 years. I'm a great cook with a excellent work ethics that is very dedicated to the people in my care. I always treat them as if they were my own family with love, dignity and understanding.

I am a very out going person, I love getting to know my residents and I love helping them with anything and everything they need. Residents always ask me about my life and I am more than willing to open up to them to a point. I feel that a bound is needing for that trust and comfort to fall into place. I became a caregiver because I love giving back to those who have done their part in the world. In 2016 my great grandma was put onto hospice and she asked me to help her with everything and I was honored and I loved helping her. I love being able to connect with my residents.

Hello :) my name is Lara ! I am 30 years old. I have 16 years worth of experience in caregiving. It started out when I was 14 years old helping out my grandma who had Alzheimer's. We had a very special bond. I would help her with everyday things like making her food, companionship , and helped her in the bathroom and much more. When she passed away I was 18 years old and my family told me I have a real talent caring for people. They encouraged me to work in the caregiving field. I worked in two senior care homes then after that started doing private caregiving . I also have 12 years experience in the mental health field. I worked in group homes for mentally challenged adults and then I started private caregiving in that field as well. I still work with one client who has turned in to one of the family.
