Caregiving has been my calling and career for the past thirly years. I have worked in a variety of health care settings. However, homecare has been mostly my focus. I empathize with many because I know what it feels like to need someone one to lend a hand and how difficult it may be to ask for that help when needed. At age 15, I cared for my dying mother and father, and decided to dedicate my life to be of service to others who could no longer care for themselves. I can honestly say that care giving brings out the best in me. When I see a need, whether it be physical, mental or spiritual one, I am challenged to work with the families to help fulfill that need. Everyone deserves that kind of experience in life and I believe everyone needs somebody. I began my caregiven duties, with my mother back in 2014, she got sick and I began caregiving for her until she died in 2018, I began caregiving for my grandmother who passed away in 2019 it was a very rough ride for me, I learned a lot especially from my grandmother who was an RN before her passing. I knew then I had a heart for the work and I continue to do caregiving. My specialties are working with the Elders. I do have experience working with the hospice patience.

I was a Certified CNA over Twenty-Five years of experience in nursing homes and Home Health Care the reason I no longer have my CNA license is because I was caring for a sweet lady for the past 7yrs until my sweet angel passed away this past July I was her main caregiver and I no longer felt there was a need for a CNA license because I will no longer be working in the nursing homes facility I enjoy the Home setting better to give one on one love and professional care in the home I am a very caring and respectful including family values and morals and I am compassionate and I have a very big heart in helping others that's what attracted me to care for others I am a very prompt person I know it is important to be on time especially if someone is depending on you I consider myself a five star Home care Aide I have good job reference from past employment and current employer and good family recommendations
