I have been working in the medical field for 20 years. I started as a Certified Medical Assistant, working in Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. After 8 years or so, I went into Medical Research, spending 6+ years in Psychology Research, working with patients with Dementia, Alzheimers, Depression, Anxiety, etc. I relocated to Florida, in order to help with my dying mother. During that time , I also worked full time in Oncology Research, caring for people with Cancer, Diabetes, and many other health problems. The reason I started in Medical Field is due to working as an apartment manager. I was in charge of 122 apartments for 10 years. 48 of those apartments were elderly people who daily needed assistance. I thoroughly enjoyed looking after them. I find it very rewarding knowing that the time in which these people are in my care, I am making them as comfortable and content as possible. I am an extremely caring, nurturing person and enjoy taking care of people.
