I took care of my mother in law for 4 yrs before i moved here with my husband. All my four kids are now grown and have their own families. Becoming a caregiver makes me feel young again reminding me of those days/years that I raised my four children. I truly enjoy helping the elderly and disabled,. Making sure they are taken care of and comfortable is very important to me. I am a very healthy and active woman who runs every morning and stays fit. . Eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the way I like to live. I do that to my children and my grand children also. Therefore I will do the same to those that I serve. . I enjoy assisting those who are facing challenges, I try to assist them as best that I can. I'm a loving and kind person. The personal achievement that I am proud of is when I see improving of health from the patient that I am caring for. When I see joy in their lives every day it makes me feel like im doing a great job!
