Hi, I'm Tami Cruz-Charvet, and I've lived on the Central Coast for over 40 years, including Morro Bay, Los Osos, and Cayucos. I recently retired after 34 years with the U.S. Postal Service, where dependability, trust, and consistency were an important part of my work. Alongside my career, I've always been involved in health, education, and caring for others. I'm a certified health and life coach, personal trainer, and massage therapist, with experience supporting people through physical challenges, stress, and life transitions. Earlier in my life, I also worked with individuals living with multiple sclerosis. I'm calm, dependable, and compassionate, and I take pride in being attentive to comfort, safety, and emotional well-being. I enjoy cooking simple, nourishing meals, staying active, and spending time near the ocean. I'm also very comfortable around pets and enjoy caring for homes with cats and dogs.
