I am caregiver to MC she has been my most challenging person ive ever cared for. Despite her negative and verbal abusive i continue to give her the best care and try to keep my positive and loving spirit. I have needed to get counseling for me to be able to talk out all the negativity she spoos out. She is why Im seeking other employment.. I work 3 days with her and need 4 to recover she had been thru agencys and caregivers and im trying so hard to make it thru every 3 days and keep my mental and physical sanity..I look at this as an oppurtunity for me to grow as a caregiver and healer.

I was hired and trained in three aspects in this company. First i was a caregiver one on one. Then I was trained CNA work to be part of a team to give our residents the best care. Then I was offered to become an assistant to the Activity Coordinator and then finally became the Activity Coordinator. I loved this position and am very proud of my growth in the company.

Private care advocate .I did everything to keep. Robie in her home. I paid her bills, dr appts I had to become her advocate she had Dementia and didn't agree so I had to walk the fine line of respecting her but also getting her the help she needed. I was the housekeeper . Took care of her beloved pets they past before her so I had to arrange burial and comfort her during her terrible grief. I cooked her favorite foods.Bathed her .
