I have over 10 years experience in the health care field. I have worked as a Home Health Aide with In-Home Supportive Services, assisting elderly and disabled persons with various health ailments such as diabetes, stroke, blindness, dementia,. Also within the ten years for four years I was a sole proprietor Health Aide managing three clients on my own. I administered medication, took vitals, dressed, bathed and prepared meals. I followed physical therapy plans for clients. I attended and graduated form Santa Barbara Business College receiving certification and I passed the exam and registered with the American Medical Technologist as a Registered Medical Assistant. I am presently attending Bakersfield Adult School taking courses to be able to apply in January 2016 for the LVN program.
