* Reorganization and restructure of an Alchemy database system with over 500 files of contracts. * Assist Provider Relations' Representatives in completing tasks and contracts related projects. * Email, retrieve, print, scan, and file contracts, amendments, and Letters of Agreement. * Knowledge of ICD 10, create spreadsheets for the revision of ICD 10 from ICD 9. * Assist in testing the new core database system and send error reports to fix errors. * Visit facilities and sites to assist representatives with reviewing the sites and preparing the contract. * Assist with analyzing various reports to monitor provider activities and to identify provider issues. * Assist with tracking detailed data, performing data analysis, generating reports, documentation and project evaluations purposes. * Assist in the development and preparation of various state required reports, which may include statistical preparation and mapping skills. * Assist with auditing providers credentialing documents and reviewing to ensure credentialing documents are up to date. * Inputting providers credentialing information and documents into Cactus database system.
