I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in the Philippines then Migrated here on 2013. I became an LVN on 2015 and have work in a Skilled Nursing Facility until I return to school and got my RN license here in CA in 2018. I have a choice to work in a big hospital but I know in myself that working in a SNF is my calling. I've been working in a SNF since I became an LVN and I love it. I have a lot of knowledge in terms of working not only at bedside but also in documentation and paper works that makes the SNF building a quality nursing care facility for those in need. I've been a caregiver as well and did home health care on the side. Currently I'm working in a Subacute Department who handles Tracheostomy and Ventilator patients as an RN Supervisor and I supervise the whole department and make sure that all is in place and my staff will give the most quality of care as possible to our patients.
