I have worked with the Lescoulie Registry for over 15 years. Throughout my time with this registry, I have been hired out to work with patients in their homes, nursing facilities, and hospitals. Some of my cases were long term, and some were short term. Most of my cases involved patients suffering from stage 2 and 3 dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson disease, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Some of my responsibilities included close patient monitoring, meal preparation, nutritional support and feeding. Other responsibilities involved medication preparation and administration, GI feeding tube care, turning and positioning, bathing and toileting care. I have experience in working with nurses and physical therapists for after care. Some of my patients were in a comatose state, while others required companionship, conversation and socialization. The Lescoulie Registry knows that I am an experienced CNA who can work in a variety of situations.
