I began volunteering when I was in 6th grade for familial and religious reasons. I am now 31. The close connection I had with my grandparents made a lasting impact on who I became as a person. I learned so much from them and for that reason I've always respected elders and I try to learn from them as often as I can. Over the years I've switched from office to medical work, but caregiving has always been at least a part time job for me. I am good at this job because I learn very fast, I understand everyone likes things done "their way" and I try my best to make people feel secure. I treat all people with respect and dignity. Just how I'd expect to be treated if things were reversed.

I became a care provider because it followed after my grandma and mother first off that was in this business before me as a great care provider, but on second case i also have a brother of my own in a group home due to disabilities and i took time the most with my mother taking care of him here and there when he came for a visit. I love taking care of others because i enjoy being a caregiver for clients and making sure they are in good hands and well taken care of as if i would want my own disabled brother to be took care of. I have to say that the most achievement i am proud of is giving the care to others in need and learning something new all the time. Well I'm a very honest, loyal, lovely, great personality, open minded, and a great head on my shoulders.
