I am an outgoing, energetic and motivated individual. I love being active outdoors but also in a work environment including cleaning and organizing in down time as well as spending quality time with the resident/s. I originally decided to become a caregiver because I have great appreciation for the elderly, their wisdom, joy, humor and overall demeanor. I think our culture now is so fast paced that we tend to overlook the elderly and forget their great value and dignity. As a caregiver, I enjoy bringing my guitar to share in music. I especially cherish when a resident is open to sharing in faith and/or prayer together. I was a competitive Irish dancer and competed on an team that won an international competition in Ireland! I still enjoy dancing in my free time.
