I'm a people person, most of my career is spent around the elderly and I know as people grow old they tend to become less engaged in family and others around them I try to keep them engaged in what's going on and help them still feel needed, I started doing caregiving work at a young age taking care of my great grandmother till she passed but she encouraged me to become a nurses assistant to learn more in the field. I enjoy this type of work because it's rewarding to myself and the people I'm helping but also hearing the story's and knowledge they have just makes it more enjoyable.
