Hello~ My name is Allana. All my life I have always played the role of a care-taker, it is what feels the most natural and effortless to me. I am sharp, responsible, organized, a quick-learner, efficient and someone you would want on your team! My goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner. My interpersonal skills, curiosity, genuine kindness and compassion is what makes me a great care giver/cna. I became a caregiver/cna to gain more knowledge and experience in the health field--specifically patient care. My most favorite thing about being a caregiver is seeing progression in patients. Whether it's them becoming more independent, interacting/engaging more and seeing your work make a difference is such a rewarding and fulfilling feeling. A personal achievement I'm proud of is graduating college with honors as a first generation student with my B.A Pre-Physical therapy :)
