Please consider me when looking to hire a nurse. I am a confident, more the qualified nurse I am most proud of my education my years of 25+ experience In home care has alowed me to be more skilled in different disabilities procedures techniques also my communication skills are great. Here is why you should hire me I worked for oak valley hospital and care center as a CNA CNAII/RNA for 10 years. CNAII I had to be orientated trained to each department of the hospital...Med Surge,ER ,ICU ,Neonatal , Respiratory, also hours of classroom. Education for each department. RNA is a Restoritive nurse I have been trained in physical therapy occupational therapy speech therapy In one of the wings I worked in. Activities assistant has given me the knowledge of what stimulation and how powerful it can be and healing. I have also been trained in massage therapy at one home I was able to educate myself with homeopathic therapy I have a capability to adapt to each client..I also have years of experience with Hospice care. I been able to stay with my clients from start to finish. What stands me apart from every one else...is my confidence, skills,flexibly,experience. I find that in home care is where I can give all my attention to just you.. and I love that that. I began my caregiving career as a skilled CNA in a nursing home at the Care Center in Oakdale. Once I perfected my skills and with the proper work-methods, I resumed my work ethics at Oak Valley Hospital in the Rehabilitation Center; and was promoted by The Director of Nursing to a RNA position ( Restorative Nursing Assistant) working directly with professionals such as PT, PTA, Speech Specialists, RNs and Doctors. It was my absolute pleasure to see my patients regain their health and return home to loved ones. With my acquired experience and knowledge, great compassion and kindness, I became an independent caregiver and have worked as a private caregiver for over 20 yrs. I love what I do. I have met many wonderful clients and family loved ones; and graciously, I have received many letters of recognition. Through my caregiving process, I have worked diligently along side Hospice, applying my nursing skills to bring comfort to dying patients. My goal is to bring a quality of life to my clients with much joy and with a compassion filled with gentle kindness.
