I've been caregiving now for about a year and a half taking care of elders in a memory care unit at Claremont Place senior living. I loved all my residents but I'd like to switch from watching over 30 residents to more of one on one it can be hectic. Being in a Memory Care unit I have definitely grown a lot more patience and creativity to keep my residents content along their life journey. I really enjoy seeing them everyday and helping them out with their ADL's getting them excited to start their day! No day is the same with them and that's what makes my job enjoyable and worth coming too they make my heart feel so warm! I have a deep passion for what I do and I'm eager to start helping out more elders in the community!
