currenlty working as the dsd assistant /IP assistant, in charge of covid-19 testing making sure all 300 plus staff test on a regular basis 2-3 times weekly. updated are covid line list. DSD duties with staffing running applications and background checks, arrange appointments with doctor for Annual physical, TB vaccinations, monthly calendars with education dates and times for staff to attend in-service, verification of all active employees w/ current license and CPR, setup meetings for my two Boses, setup Orientation for all new hires, provide excellent customer services, answer phone calls, and much more. CNA assists with patient care all ADL's, feeding if is needed, showers or bed bath, answering call lights, take vitals of all patients, team up w/ nurse in charge for better care for our patients, check for any change of condition, skin check while bathing patient and doing patient care, always provide privacy while attending patients neededs , help the license nurses on turning patient on one side to the other for better care, use gait belt when transferring a patients from my location to another, always have a professional relation with patients and staff, and much more
