As a licensed vocational nurse I have 2 years of experience working with elderly patients administering medications, managing and monitoring procedures and communicate with physicians and families about the care of the patients. I enjoy interacting with my patients and getting to know them. I'm always pleased when a patient expresses how they feel about the care I given to them. I am currently seeking flexible and convenient positions as a nurse as i had to switch jobs due to commute. On my off days, I enjoy walking along trails/beaches and taking pictures to share with friends, I also enjoy learning to cook/bake challenging recipes and share my success on social media. I like reading up on nursing articles, learn new skills and keep myself up to date on healthcare to keep myself informed. I am currently thinking of pursing my career and earn my BSN someday in the future.
