I appreciated that Kaitlin tried to comfort/encourage me before the surgery began. She listened to the discharge instruction with me, and looked for things I would need at home together in the pharmacy. Additionally she gave me some suggestions for the post operative care. She was on time, and driving safe. I also enjoyed talking to her. Thank you.
