One quality that makes me the best caregiver I can be is being able to empathize with my patients, knowing how to care for them even when sometimes they can't express that to me. Growing up around my grandparents drew me into the nursing field. I was always so eager to help in any way to make their lives easier and to this day that still brings me happiness. I enjoy being able to make my patients day easier and also helping them reach their personal goals pertaining to their normal life outside of hospitals or nursing homes.
