What makes me a great caregiver is that I actually care for the residents it's not the money is for help love and support they don't really get. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is seeing the smile on their faces thats how I know I did a good job and I feel great at the end of each day. I became a caregiver because my godmother passed and all I wanted to do was help but I was scared and didn't know so I told her I would learn and I would help as many people as I could to help them feel the opposite of her. I'm just proud to be able to make so many happy bad days good days just make others feel good while their in the nursing home.
