When I discovered cargiving I immediately found what I was meant to do. Many years ago I took care of my 90 year old grandmother with dementia that later turned in to advanced stage alzheimers. I also helped care for my nephew with severe fetal alcohol syndrome. When I care for my clients I give them the care I would have given to my grandmother or my nephew. Caregiving is a passion for me and if I could not help take care of others and help provide them with the best possible care, I dont what else I could truly find joy in on a daily basis. I am currently in school training to become a licensed nurse. I eventually would like get earn my masters in nursing so one day I can can help teach others the art and compassion of caregiving.
