I currently work as a nanny to two beautiful young girls, ages three and five. Caring for others has always been my passion, and I would love to continue care giving for as long as I can. I have experience working with disabled children as well, previously work with a severely handicapped young man with autism and many medical needs (feeding tube, colostomy bag, medical injections). I also cared for my ailing Grandmother prior to her passing of Alzheimer's, including sponge bathing, feeding, changing diapers/bed pads, and all hygienic needs. I also have a mother with type 1 diabetes, with whom I have been able to acquire a vast knowledge and understanding of the disease, as well as testing blood sugar/glucose levels, insulin pumps, and insulin injections. Also knowledge of proper dieting and exercise routines. I offer an open-minded, caring, and devoted friend and caregiver to anyone in need.
