As a first son, 10 years older than my first brother, I started at my early 16th by dropping him in school, cleaning mom's house and doing her laundry, soon as I got my driver licence, I was the one to take all of them (3) to a doctor's appointment, i find myself doing the grocery shopping and refilling prescriptions. Gradually, I've been doing more and more. At some point, I realize that I have made a commitment to take care of someone else. Following my mom who is a nurse I felt her so proud to have a caring son and it gave me a strength to move on. I decided recently to embrace my nursing career, I'm now in a program and sure I'll be a good nurse.
