1. What are your personality traits or expertise that help you be a great caregiver? I am patient, empathetic, and a good listener. I have strong communication skills that help me understand the needs of others, and I stay calm under pressure. My reliability and sense of responsibility make those I care for feel safe and supported. 2. What attracted you to being a caregiver? I've always had a natural desire to help people and make a positive difference in their lives. The idea of providing comfort, support, and companionship to someone in need is what drew me to caregiving. 3. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver? I enjoy building meaningful connections with the people I care for. Knowing that I can brighten someone's day, help them maintain dignity, and improve their quality of life gives me a deep sense of fulfillment. 4. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? I am proud of the times I've been able to help someone through a difficult moment--whether emotionally or physically--and see them feel better because of my care. On a broader level, I'm proud of pursuing caregiving as a career, because it reflects my values of kindness and service.
